WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY CONTRACT

Wedding Date: October 19th, 2025
Venue: Agave at Acre, Los Cabos
Clients: Jessie Wang & Jaime Lopez
Photographer: Hilo Rojo Photo – Bardot Carrillo

  1. PACKAGE DETAILS – The Jade Package

Includes:

  • 8 hours of professional photography
  • 8 hours of professional videography
  • A minimum of 700 edited digital photographs in high resolution with basic color correction
  • 10–12 minute cinematic highlight video (including ceremony, speeches, and first dance)

Total Price: $6,500 USD

  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  • A non-refundable retainer of $1,300 USD is required to reserve the date.
  • Remaining balance of $5,200 USD must be paid either:
    • On the day of the event, or
    • Up to one week prior to the event.
    • Payments can be made via Western Union. Bardot Cristian Carrillo Lira ( Los Cabos, Mexico)

No photos or videos will be delivered until the full payment is received.

  1. INCLUSIONS
  • Digital delivery of all final edited photos via an online gallery.
  • All content will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG files and video in standard HD format.
  • All images and footage will be professionally color corrected and color graded.
  1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
  • The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Any cancellation must be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
  • If the event is rescheduled within 1 year of the original date, all payments made will be transferred to the new date.
  • If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding, all payments will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
  1. EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE

Hilo Rojo Photo will be the sole professional photography and videography team covering the wedding. No additional professional photographers or videographers are permitted unless pre-approved in writing.

  1. GALLERY ACCESS & BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY
  • The online gallery will be active for 1 month, . Clients are responsible for downloading their content during this period.
  • A new download link can be requested within 4 months after delivery.
  • All files will be stored by Hilo Rojo Photo for 1 year only.
  • Clients are responsible for creating their own backups once files are delivered.
  1. STYLE & ARTISTIC DISCRETION

By signing this agreement, the clients acknowledge the artistic and documentary style of Hilo Rojo Photo. No refunds will be given due to dissatisfaction with photographic or videographic style, as long as work aligns with the agreed-upon services.

  1. USAGE RIGHTS

Hilo Rojo Photo reserves the right to use photos and videos for portfolio purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and promotional materials.

  1. LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
  • In the rare case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability is limited to a full or partial refund.
  • Hilo Rojo Photo is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event unless directly caused by intentional misconduct.
