Who is behind Hilo Rojo Photo?
We are a group of professional photographers and videographers based in Los Cabos, BCS, México.

Can I choose my photographer?
No, photographers are assigned based on availability. But we all have a similar photography style to maintain quality standards.

Where do photoshoots take place?
We mainly work in Cabo San Lucas, the Touristic Corridor and San Josè del Cabo. But we can also drive to surrounding areas such as Todos los Santos for an extra charge.

We have a list of public places we recommend for the sessions, or we can also have the session at your hotel if they allow for it. Some hotels don’t authorize external suppliers to have access to their facilities, and some others ask for an extra fee that you will have to pay directly to the hotel.

What photography packages do you offer? What are their prices?
We offer several photography packages; they go from 30 minutes to 2 hours in length. For more information about our prices  and photography packages, please click here.

How can I book my session?
Please contact us through our website, email or phone number to check availability. Once you have chosen a date and time, we will need a non-refundable retainer of $100 USD via PayPal.

Once the payment has been received and confirmed, we will require some basic information from you such as full name, contact information, the photography package you would like to get and the desired location.

The outstanding balance should be paid in cash the day of the event. In case you would like to pay it via PayPal as well, you will be charged an additional 6% (PayPal’s commission fee).

Can I change my photography package after I’ve booked my session?
You are allowed to change your photography package any time before your photoshoot. If you would like to get more photos after the session, they will be sold individually.

How long until I get the photos?
It depends on the photography package you choose. Photos will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

Do you provide raw images?
No, all images will be delivered with basic color editing. We do not give raw files.

What’s your cancellation policy?
The $100 USD retainer fee is non-refundable. If you give us at least a 30 days’ notice, you will be able to reschedule the date within one calendar year of the original event date.
