WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO AGREEMENT

Wedding Date: December 12th, 2026
Wedding Venue: Hyatt Ziva, Los Cabos

  1. SERVICES INCLUDED
  • Amatista Package – 8 hours of complete wedding coverage including photography, video, and creative content.

 Deliverables:

  • A minimum of 950 digital photographs with basic color retouching.
  • 1 highlight video, approximately 10 -12 minutes in length, featuring the best moments of the wedding.
  • 3 to 4 vertical reels optimized for social media, delivered within 3 business days after the wedding.
  • 1 highlight video (1 minute- Social media)
  • At least 90 raw video clips in original format.
  1. RETAINER & PAYMENT
  • Total agreed package price: $7,750.00 USD
  • Applied discount: 15%
  • Total due after discount: $6,587.50 USD
  • Client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer of $1,317.00 USD + 6% transaction fee to secure the wedding date.
  • The retainer may be paid in the form most convenient for the client: via PayPal (with an additional 6% transaction fee), Western Union, or in cash.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date or on the day of the event in cash or PayPal (6% transaction fee)
  • No photographs, videos, or other deliverables will be released until full payment has been received.
    1. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
    • The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
    • In the event of postponement, all monies paid will be applied toward a new date within 1 calendar year of the original wedding date.
    • If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date, all payments are forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book a new date.
    • Client must provide at least 30 days’ notice for any postponement or cancellation.
      1. EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE
      • Hilo Rojo Photo shall be the exclusive professional photographer and videographer for the event.
      • Clients agree not to hire or contract any other professional photographer or videographer for the wedding or related events under this agreement.
      1. ONLINE GALLERY & DELIVERY TIMELINES
      • Client’s online gallery will remain active for 15 days for download.
      • If the client does not download during this period, a new link may be requested within 3 months.
      • Hilo Rojo Photo will archive client materials for 1 year. After this period, the Photographer shall not be responsible for retaining or providing copies.
      • Clients are responsible for backing up and storing their own images and videos.
      • Clients acknowledge and accept the Photographer’s artistic, candid, and documentary style with naturally posed portraits.
      • No refunds shall be issued due to client dissatisfaction with artistic style, as it has been agreed upon at the time of signing.
      1. USAGE RIGHTS & PUBLICITY
      • Hilo Rojo Photo reserves the right to use photographs and video content for portfolio, website, and social media publication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
        1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
        • In the event of technological malfunction, theft, damage, or loss of materials without fault of the Photographer, liability shall be limited to monies paid under this agreement.
        • Clients assume all risks associated with event activities. Hilo Rojo Photo shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss of life arising from the wedding or related activities, except in the case of proven intentional misconduct by Hilo Rojo Photo.

         

          1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
          • This contract represents the full and complete understanding between both parties. No other agreements, promises, or representations, verbal or written, shall be binding.
          • Agreement is valid only upon execution by both parties and receipt of the non-refundable retainer.
