PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

Photography Services:

The Photographer agrees to provide a 1 hour proposal photography session at Monumentos Beach on July 10, 2026.

Deliverables:

* 80 to 100 professionally edited digital images in high resolution.
* Images will be delivered via online gallery/download link.

Total Fee:

$350 USD

Payment Terms:

* A non refundable deposit of $100 USD is required to reserve the date.
* The remaining balance of $250 USD must be paid in cash on the day of the session before or at the beginning of the photoshoot.

Cancellation Policy:

The $100 USD deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. If the session must be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, both parties will work together to arrange a new date when possible.
