WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO AGREEMENT

  1. PACKAGE DETAILS

Includes:
• 8 hours of professional photography, with a minimum of 650 edited high resolution digital photographs with basic color correction.
• 4 hours of content creation, including 2 to 3 short edited clips delivered the next day for social media, and 60 RAW videos delivered within 3 days after the event.
• 4 hours of video coverage, which includes a long 5 to 8 minute highlight film, a 45 second vertical highlight for social media, and the full ceremony.
• Drone service during the most important moments, if weather conditions allow.

Price: 5,650 USD
+ 16 % Mexican Taxes
Total: 6,554 USD

  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  • A non-refundable retainer of 1,310 USD tax included is required to reserve the date.

Payment options for remaining balance:
• 4,520 USD in cash
• PayPal: 5,243 USD tax included

Payments can be made:
• On the day of the event, or
• Up to one week prior to the event

No photos or videos will be delivered until the full payment is received.

    1. INCLUSIONS
    • Digital delivery of all final edited photos via an online gallery
      • All content delivered in high resolution JPEG files in standard HD format
      • All images and video footage will be professionally color corrected and color graded
      1. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
      • The retainer is non refundable under any circumstance
        • Any cancellation must be communicated at least 30 days in advance
        • If the event is rescheduled within one year of the original date, all payments made will be transferred to the new date
        • If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding, all payments will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another date
      1. EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE

      Hilo Rojo Photo will be the sole professional photography and videography team covering the wedding. No additional professional photographers or videographers are permitted unless approved in writing.

        1. GALLERY ACCESS AND BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY
        • The online gallery will be active for one month. Clients are responsible for downloading their content during this period
          • A new download link can be requested within four months after initial delivery
          • All files will be stored by Hilo Rojo Photo for one year only
          • Clients are responsible for creating their own backups once files are delivered
          1. STYLE AND ARTISTIC DISCRETION

          By signing this agreement, the clients acknowledge the artistic and documentary style of Hilo Rojo Photo. No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with style, as long as the work aligns with the agreed upon services.

           

          1. USAGE RIGHTS

          Hilo Rojo Photo reserves the right to use photos and videos for portfolio purposes, including website, social media, and promotional materials

          1. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
          • In the rare case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability is limited to a full or partial refund
            • Hilo Rojo Photo is not liable for injuries, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event unless caused by intentional misconduct
