WEDDING CONTRACT
Wedding Date: October 19, 2026
Wedding Venue: Acre, San José del Cabo, Mexico
Clients: Serena Brown and Jacinta Woods
Photography Company: Hilo Rojo Photo
Lead Photographer: Bardot Cristian Carrillo Lira
The Aquamarina Package includes 4 hours of photography coverage.
Total: $2,450.00 USD
A minimum of 450 digital photos in HD will be delivered with basic color correction and pre selected in an online gallery.
RETANER & PAYMENT
The Client shall pay a non refundable retainer of $1,000.00 USD to the Photographer in order to reserve the wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid either on the day of the event or one week prior to the wedding date, totaling the remaining amount of the selected package.

Hilo Rojo Photo will not deliver any preview or final images until full payment has been completed.
INCLUSIONS
The Client’s full online gallery will be included as a digital download. All images will receive color correction and color grading.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION
In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding, all retainers received by Hilo Rojo Photo shall remain non refundable under all circumstances.
The Client agrees to provide Hilo Rojo Photo with at least 30 days notice prior to any cancellation or postponement of the wedding date.
Any payments already made may be applied toward a newly rescheduled wedding date within one calendar year of the original event date, should postponement become necessary.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date, all monies paid shall be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to secure a new date.
OBLIGATIONS & TIMELINES
To reserve the wedding date, the Client must sign this agreement and submit the non refundable retainer payment.
By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to be legally bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
This agreement shall only become valid after execution by Hilo Rojo Photo.
EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE
To avoid confusion during the wedding day, Hilo Rojo Photo shall be the only professional photography company hired to cover the event.
The Client agrees not to contract or engage any additional professional photographer for the wedding or any event covered under this agreement.
ONLINE VIEWING GALLERY & DIGITAL FILES
The Client’s gallery will remain online for 30 days.
If the Client does not download the photographs within that time, a new download link may be requested within a period of 3 months after delivery.
Hilo Rojo Photo will store the wedding materials for up to 1 year. After that period, Hilo Rojo Photo is no longer responsible for maintaining the files.
The Client is solely responsible for downloading and backing up all digital images to ensure the safety of their files.
Hilo Rojo Photo does not guarantee the delivery of every requested or expected photograph, but agrees to perform to the best of its ability according to the agreement made with the Client.
PHOTOGRAPHIC & VIDEOGRAPHIC STYLE
By signing this agreement, all parties acknowledge and accept the artistic style of Hilo Rojo Photo.
No refunds shall be issued based on dissatisfaction with the artistic style of the photography or videography provided.
The Client understands and agrees that the photography style is artistic, candid, documentary, and includes naturally posed portraits.
PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS
Hilo Rojo Photo reserves the right to use photographs and video material from the event for portfolio purposes, including website publication and social media promotion.
PHOTOGRAPHIC ARCHIVAL
Upon delivery of the final high resolution wedding gallery, the Client assumes full responsibility for all photographic materials.
Hilo Rojo Photo shall not be required to reproduce or replace any files or photographs that are lost, stolen, or destroyed after the established 3 month period following delivery.
The Client is strongly encouraged to maintain backup copies of all files.
If Hilo Rojo Photo is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera failure, storage corruption, processing errors, or other causes beyond the Photographer’s control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Client assumes all risks normally associated with activities taking place during the wedding and related events, including those associated with the photographic services contracted under this agreement.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Hilo Rojo Photo harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, property damage, loss of life, or loss of property arising from or connected to the wedding or photography services described in this agreement, except in cases involving intentional misconduct by Hilo Rojo Photo.
Any proven intentional misconduct by Hilo Rojo Photo resulting in injury, property damage, or loss shall result in a full refund of all monies paid by the Client.
