WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

Wedding Date: October 19th, 2026
Wedding Venue: Club Cascadas, Los Cabos
Clients: Wendy & Tony
Photography Company: Hilo Rojo Photo
Lead Photographer: Bardot Cristian Carrillo Lira

1. SERVICES INCLUDED

The Clients agree to hire Hilo Rojo Photo for wedding photography services, including 3 hours of wedding coverage with professional photography.

Deliverables Include:

• A minimum of 250 professionally edited high resolution digital photographs
• Basic color correction and editing
• Delivery through a private online gallery

2. RETAINER & PAYMENT
   • The total agreed package price is $1,000 USD
   • A non refundable retainer of $500 USD is required to secure the wedding date
   • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the wedding day 500 USD

   No photographs or final deliverables will be released until full payment has been received.

3. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

• The retainer is non refundable under all circumstances
• In the event of postponement, all payments made may be applied toward a new wedding date, provided the new date takes place within one calendar year of the original wedding date and is subject to Photographer availability
• If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date, all payments made will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to reserve a future date
• Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice for any cancellation or postponement

4. EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE

• Hilo Rojo Photo shall be the exclusive professional photography provider for the wedding and related events covered under this Agreement
• The Clients agree not to hire or engage any other professional photographer during the contracted coverage period

5. ONLINE GALLERY & DELIVERY TIMELINES

• The Clients’ online gallery will remain active for 15 days from the delivery date
• If the files are not downloaded within this period, a new download link may be requested within 3 months of the original delivery date
• Hilo Rojo Photo will archive all client materials for one year. After this period, the Photographer is not responsible for retaining or re delivering files
• Clients are solely responsible for backing up and storing their delivered photographs
• Clients acknowledge and accept the Photographer’s artistic, documentary, and candid style, including natural posing
• No refunds shall be issued based on dissatisfaction with artistic style, as the Clients acknowledge familiarity with the Photographer’s portfolio prior to signing this Agreement

6. USAGE RIGHTS & PUBLICITY
   

   Hilo Rojo Photo retains the right to use photographs for portfolio display, website content, marketing materials, advertising, and social media purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• In the event of equipment malfunction, theft, loss, or damage beyond the Photographer’s control, liability shall be limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement
• Clients assume all risks related to the wedding and associated activities. Hilo Rojo Photo shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss of life, except in cases of proven intentional misconduct

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No other agreements, promises, or representations, whether verbal or written, shall be considered binding
• This Agreement becomes valid only upon signature by both parties and receipt of the non refundable retainer
